Keynote -
"Maximizing Success by Maximizing "Team"
Jay Locey
will discuss team building and the ways it can help you maximize the success of your organization.

Jay is in his second year at Oregon State after 23 successful years at Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon. Jay brought to OSU the qualities that made him one of the most successful coaches in small college football, including the team building that he credits for his success.

During his tenure at Linfield, he was a professor in the College of Health and Human Performance focusing on anatomical kinesiology and neuromuscular conditioning. Under Locey's leadership, his teams achieved three national titles and 13 conference championships.

He coached 16 All-Americans, led Linfield to its longest Northwest Conference unbeaten streak: 50 as of 2005.

In 2005, The Oregonian named the Corvallis native one of Oregon's top 25 most influential sports people.
