The West Coast Lumber Inspection Bureau (WCLIB) is accredited to provide ISPM 15 & HT certification for wood packaging producers in the U.S. WCLIB can certify your wood packaging through our Wood Packaging Material (WPM) Program – whether its onsite heat treating or you’re using HT stamped lumber to construct your wood packaging, including all types of: Pallets Boxes Crates Dunnage WCLIB Wood Packaging Material Program As a member of the WCLIB Wood Packaging Material Program, your products will be issued a unique IPPC HT mark that’s applied to all of your wood packaging so it can be shipped anywhere in the world. About ISPM 15 The International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) developed the International Standard for Phytosanitary Measure No. 15 (ISPM 15) for solid wood packaging material to help prevent the spread of wood-borne pathogens around the world. Packaging that is certified under this program includes pallets, boxes, crates, and dunnage. Currently, 45 countries require imported wood packaging to be ISPM 15 compliant and more countries are expected to adopt this measure in the future.
